Neroli hydrosol (Orangeflower water) combined with Rose hydrosol (Rose water) is believed to stimulate the skin and control and balance sebum production making it useful for both dry and oily skin.

Our Toners/Refreshers are formulated with Non-alcohol witch hazel, distilled water, floral waters, powerful anti-oxidants and humectants designed for all skin types. Use after cleansing or spritz on face anytime for quick pick-me-up hydration.

Use after cleansing morning and evening.
May be spritzed over face and neck; or moisten cotton ball with toner and apply with a gentle touch to face and neck.
