For hands, take 10 - 15g (2-3tsp) and rub onto backs and palms of slightly moist or dry hands while standing over sink or bowl. Massage for at least 20 - 30 seconds, then rinse. Use the same methof for heels and feet or any other part of the body you wish to exfoliate. Some salt will fall off feet and legs so standing on a towel or inside the tub or shower is best. WAIT 24 hours after hair removal to use this scrub as salt will sting.
For a deep therapy bath, use 1 – 2 cups of salt in a regular sized tub and soak 20 – 30 minutes.Be sure to drink lots of water as the detoxification process will pull moisture from your body as it eliminates toxins.
For an every day bath, ¼ cup is plenty. Mix with therapeutic grade oils to create a wonderful synergistic blend.Dead Sea Salt is very hydroscopic which means it can pull moisture from the air. Be sure to store your Salts in an air tight container to avoid clumping.
