• Always mix essential oils with a dispersant such as Polysorbate 20, or even mix with bubble bath, body wash or shampoo,  before adding to the bath.

• Do a patch test if you have sensitive skin.

• Keep away from eyes.

• Menthol can feel very intense in warm water—use sparingly or skip it for bath use.

• Do not use in baths for children, during pregnancy, or if you have sensitive skin.
