We founded Natural Concepts with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. MINIMUM QUANTITY ORDERS
We do not set minimum requirements for purchases. We want you to be able to order what you need, not what we say you have to purchase. All our customers are highly valued, whether you purchase one or two items or larger stock quantities for resale.
Natural Concepts Ltd. is dedicated to our customer's full satisfaction. If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, other that a custom order request, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
You may return any Natural Concepts Ltd.. product at any time up until the 30th day after receipt of the said product on the strict condition that the product has not been removed from its original packaging and that the packaging has not been damaged (unless the product is defective).
Returned products must be accompanied by the invoice. Subject to the above, you need not provide any justification to Natural Concepts nor pay any penalty.
You must assume the cost and risks of product returns, unless Natural Concepts Ltd. failed to deliver the product ordered or if the product delivered is defective. In such a case, Natural Concepts Ltd. will assume the costs and risks related to transportation, provided that you use a transportation company that guarantees against losses and damages.
Custom orders are not eligible for returns. When a customer makes a special request for particular scents and/or ingredients to be added to their product when it would not normally be included, that product(s) is Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable.
Our goal is for you to be 100% delighted with your order. Because skin care and scent choices are incredibly individual and personal, if you are unsure about your selections, we encourage to you order smaller sizes, and then come back for more when you've found your favourite scents and products. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
If you receive product that has been damaged in transit, and it is obvious that the damages occurred as a result of improper handling by the carrier, as the receiver of such goods, you must file a claim against the carrier.
