Pumpkin contains powerful antioxidants and are a great source of Vitamins A, Vitamin C, and Vitamin E to fight sun damage, ease the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

Pumpkin is full of zinc and potassium to alleviate the appearance of redness.

Pumpkin has fruit enzymes and alpha hydroxy acids that exfoliate, brighten, and firm the skin.

Pumpkin enzymes even out the skin tone, stimulate collagen production, increase cell turnover, lessen the look of dark spots, and treat dull complexion.
Using only plastic, glass or ceramic, measure desired amount into a small bowl, about 1 or 2 Tablespoons.

Add liquid of choice. This can be distilled water, your favorite Facial Toner or even Pineapple juice or yogurt.

Stir with plastic spoon or wooden stir stick until powder is wetted and starts to thicken.

Apply to clean, dry skin. Using the applicator or clean fingertips. Keep away from eyes.

Relax and leave on for 10 to 20 minutes. Rinse off using warm water.

Mist face with toner, apply moisturizer.
