ASSEMBLE everything you will need.

HEAT your water. The proper tea brewing temperature for Herbal tea is 212 degrees (a full boil).

MEASURE your loose tea into your tea strainer. The recommended amount is 1 teaspoon (5g) per 6 oz (170g)of water. More or less may be used according to personal taste.

STEEP your tea for approximately 5 minutes. It is always recommended to pour the hot water over the tea for a more flavourful tea.

REMOVE the tea from the cup. Once your tea is done steeping, you should remove the tea strainer or leaves from your pot or cup and enjoy!
